If you are on this page, it means that not everything is intuitive. Let's try to explain step by step the process of ordering on the site, its processing, payment and delivery:

  • From any place on the site, you can go to the page of the product you like and review it in more detail, read the specifications, see the photos.
  • If you are already familiar with our products and have made your choice, you can click on the first “Buy” / “Add to cart” button found under the desired item, and the selected item will go to the cart immediately. You can see the total price of selected items in the cart in the upper right corner on the cart icon.
  • A downloadable pattern can be put in the cart just like any other product. In the confirmation letter for your order you will find a link to this pattern which becomes active after the payment for this order. Thus, after paying for the order, you WILL NOT RECEIVE A SEPARATE LETTER WITH THE PATTERN, you will be able to download the pattern file either from your personal account on our website at any time (you need to go to your order by clicking on the order number) or from the message confirming your payment.
  • When you are placing an order, you do not need to register on our website. If you already have an account, the e-shop system will ask you to enter your username and your password to log in to your profile. When ordering, it is always possible to register simultaneously. For registered users, the system will pre-fill the order form with contact information and they will be able to switch to the “delivery” field.
  • Delivery outside Russia is currently available only through the Russian Post. Shipping costs depend upon the weight of the order and will be calculated automatically, you will immediately see it when choosing the method and address of delivery.
  • The next stage of placing an order is the choice of payment. Outside of Russia you can only use PayPal for the payment.
  • The last stage is order confirmation. Please, check whether you made your selection correctly, whether the discount on the promo code is taken into account, whether the shipping cost is displayed correctly. You may also want to tell us something important in the comment to the order. Then confirm the order.

After having the order placed you will receive an email that the order has been placed and we will receive a notification that there is an order and it needs to be processed. The orders are processed on business days from 9:00 to 18:00 (Moscow time) and it takes 1-2 business days. We ship orders on Tuesdays and Fridays. When all the details are agreed and the order is sent, the store system will send you a notification with the tracking number and you will happily wait and anticipate the exciting embroidery process)))
